1. Monthly maintenance
During the maintenance of the lifting platform, when people enter the internal work of the lifting platform, they should hang the lift to prevent the sudden descent of the lifting platform and causing casualties.
A.Check roller, intermediate shaft and bearing;Cylinder pin shaft and bearing;Lubrication and wear condition of boom hinge shaft and bearing;
B.The above parts are filled with lubricating oil.Extend bearing service life.
C.Check hydraulic oil quality and oil level.The hydraulic oil level should be 40-50mm higher than the bottom of the oil tank when the lifting platform rises to high.If the color of hydraulic oil darkens, the oil is sticky, or if there are foreign matters such as sand and gravel in the oil, the hydraulic oil should be replaced in time.The hydraulic system of the lifting platform applies 32# hydraulic oil.
2. Year-end maintenance
A.Check hydraulic and pipe connections.Pipes should be replaced immediately if damaged;Tighten the pipe joint when the joint part is loose.
B.Remove and disassemble the drop valve, blow the spool clean with compressed air and then put it on the new assembly.
C.Open the oil tank, take out the oil suction filter, clean it and put it back into the oil tank. Install it in place.Refill the tank with fresh oil.

Lift can't rise or the lift is weak
